I went to Cauldra for breakfast and tried the bread sampler, which was really good, and I also took a bunch of breads to go — everything was delicious. As a vegetarian and gluten-free diner, my options were limited, but I still really enjoyed what I had. A must-visit spot for anyone looking for great gluten-free bread!

What a wonderful little place for gluten-free baked goods as well as a sit-down breakfast-lunch restaurant! The space is well-lit with the natural light through the walls, and we had a safe gluten-free and peanut-free lunch here. The lamb hamburger was amazing and the kids enjoyed the choux cream puff. Waffles and other gluten-free baked treats to go as well? We will be back here again the next time we are in Sapporo.

Absolute must visit in Sapporo if you have allergies, especially a gluten allergy! Honestly I’d say a must visit anyways, the food and service was exceptional. Quite affordable meal sets and such a cute vibe!
