Outstanding lunch spot. They make their own gluten free ramen noodles by hand. I got the soy ramen and chicken tempura which were excellent. This is by far the best gluten free ramen I’ve had anywhere and is absolutely worth a visit for anyone!

This was an amazing experience as someone with Celiac Disease who has never had udon or tempura. The mushroom tempura was so delicious and the udon was comforting and very flavorful.

Great restaurant if you are gluten intolerant as you can eat everything. I would check the ingredients if you are coeliac. The soy on the beef contains wheat and some others products contain wheat. The staff were really helpful with looking up the ingredients though.

There was a lineup the first time we walked by and we saw the "Everything Gluten Free" sign outside so wanted to stop by another time. Everything is indeed gluten-free and nut-free. The tempura is lightly battered and delicious. The star of the place was of course the gluten-free udon - it was thick, firm, and slightly chewy. This tasted very similar to regular wheat udon, and is one of the best texture plus taste of gluten-free noodles we have ever had. The hot udon comes in a light broth, and do try the Soy Dan Dan Udon which is a thicker and very flavourful base. This place a great addition to the Sapporo food scene for celiacs and gluten-sensitive alike.
