Restaurant supervisors Aya and Agung were knowledgeable in Gluten Free (GF) menu. We had the Tower Burger and fries (dedicated fryer) and chicken curry. On the second night, we had the buffet and each item was marked with allergens. The chef and Agung and Aya went above and beyond and made sashimi marinated in GF soya sauce straight from the kitchen instead of the buffet. We came back to eat on the third night to have their Tower Burger and grilled fish. Server Khairi was also very polite.
