A takeout-only donut shop I went there during the weekday afternoon, and there were no customers, so I was able to buy one right away. There are two main types of donuts. One is the Old Fashioned. This one is made without wheat flour and is apparently made with rice flour produced on their own farm. It's also gluten-free. There were many varieties, but I ordered the Original Plain (230 yen). The outside was crunchy! Maybe because it's made with rice flour, the inside was a bit dry or powdery... It almost made me want a drink. It was also a bit oily. The other donut was the cream donut. I was also interested in the limited edition items, but I went for the Thick Fresh Cream Donut (380 yen). The doughnut is fluffy and yeast-fermented, with plenty of plant-based whipped cream. It's like a richer version of Mister Donut's Angel Cream (it's very similar), so I think angel cream lovers will love it. They apparently box it up if you buy three or more. They put up to two in a paper bag, and the bag design was cute ♪
