Lovely service. Souffle pancakes are always a little bit of a wait so don't come starving (average 20 minutes, can't rush deliciousness). Pancakes were nice and light, without an over powering eggy taste. I had the strawberry special and the strawberries were amazing, subtle sweetness with a nice crunch. Pancakes use rice flour- so celiac/gluten free safe. Situated in a nice area that is pleasant to walk around too

100 % Gluten free menu. Everything is made with rice flour. The pancakes were light and fluffy, a good combination with the fruit. Currently cash only as their card machine isn’t working. Only the breakfast menu from 8-10am, so come after 10am to be able to order a wider selection. It does fill up quickly and was full by 11am on the day we visited. It’s not a cheap cafe, but the pancakes were great and the building is old and great to be in. The ceiling is low and the floor has beams which are easily tripped over so be careful as you take your seats.

We went to about 9 different cities across Japan in August and this cafe was one of our most memorable spots. We stopped by this cafe as it was the only gluten free cafe in the area. We were very impressed with the food here. But let's not get in the way of the service. The man servicing us at the time was doing multiple jobs and his composure kept up his professional service. The price of the food wasn't cheap but you're not likely going to see or taste anything similar with the great service level. The atmosphere is great as the place seems to be renovated from a very old building. It had a lot of character. We love Kanazawa so we'll definitely drop by this place again!

I went without a reservation. Maybe because it was a weekday or due to the heat? Just a French couple I spent a relaxing time. It's a quiet place in front of the Utasu Sanctuary. Made with rice flour from Ishikawa Prefecture I’m glad it’s gluten-free Made with special attention to other ingredients The pancakes are fluffy They melt in your mouth. I have time to cook it so I'll have to wait a bit. While watching the atmosphere of the old public house and the garden (You'll be lucky if you find a seat by the window.) The slow passage of time It’s nice to spend time. The berry semifreddo is so satisfying to eat. there! We both skipped lunch. I came here I was satisfied with the sweets. It seems there’s a line outside on Saturdays and Sundays. I was lucky to go when it was less crowded. The atmosphere is lovely, and I feel like I could stay there forever. at the time of payment There was a nice Kaga Daruma-san. I was worried because it was a bit expensive. I bought it as a souvenir... I walked in immediately The same item at the next store Was sold for half the price I was shocked (Price MEGUMI?)
