One of the few places in Kanazawa that sells gluten-free food - bread and cakes made only from rice flour. While it's not cheap it is at least entirely gluten-free.

This is a lovely shop : ) they stock a selection of Gluten free cakes and bread made 100% from rice flour! as well as other gluten free noodles and cakes, there bread is very delicious! Wagome 店わ すき よ!
