I searched for this shop because my husband is gluten-free. Even compared to non-gluten-free sweet shops, this shop is by far the most delicious. The canelés!!! They're the best I've ever eaten...so good. From the chewy center and crispy outside to the caramelized texture, I personally think they're perfect ❤️👏👏👏👏👏❤️ The butter sandwiches were also delicious! I especially loved the caramel nuts and rum raisins. But everything is made with care, and the quality of the sweets is so high that it's amazing. I'd love to try them again when I come to Nagasaki, so please keep up the great work!
