Best gluten free croissant we ever had on this earth! By far the best gluten free bakery in Hokkaido, also most of the things are vegan too! (she doesn't use milk or eggs) You can message her via Instagram to pre-order most of her stuff! She has so much variety on it, it's amazing! All the bread and bakery stuff from chocolate buns, to mayo corn buns to croissants are all just amazing and have the perfect texture! (get yourself some loaf of bread home before flying out) Personally we both didn't like the cakes too much, besides 1 or 2 that were nice (most have the so often more coconutty taste profile to it, which we don't like)

My son is allergic to eggs and dairy products, and I'm allergic to gluten, so I went there. The cookies are delicious and cater to all allergies! They make each one carefully by themselves, so they might sell out on weekends. That said, the selection is so good you wouldn't believe it's run by just one person, and if you come early, you'll have a wide selection to choose from.
