Perhaps it is the first time we find a place so attentive to contamination. From the moment we called to make a reservation, the kitchen was alerted and a variation on the fixed menu was made, asking immediately for preferences and alternatives. They confirmed that bacon, fries, and all fried items were contaminated as they do not have a dedicated fryer.
