Many items on the menu can be prepared gluten-free. They were clear that they cannot guarantee 100% contamination-free since they do not have two kitchens, but they do clean the grills and pots and change gloves when informed about preparing pasta for celiacs. Honestly, they seemed very well-prepared. The food was very good.
