When they entered and I saw their croissants, I really said, "Wow." The pizzas are delicious, and the bread is just like the glutenous one. For me, their croissants are the best in Campania 😍

I recently discovered this gluten-free and lactose-free venue, really well stocked with so many options. I tried the fresh pasta tagliatelle, the pizzas, and the croquettes, and they were delicious. I also tasted the bread, and for me, it's the best in the area! It's also very convenient to order with Glovo, so you can enjoy their products comfortably at home. A place I truly recommend, especially for those looking for gluten-free and lactose-free products but don't want to compromise on taste.

On Saturday I ordered and picked up an entire buffet for my son's party... what can I say? It was a pleasant surprise: from the mixed fried fish to the sandwiches, from the savory Danubio (the best) to the birthday cake with a non-alcoholic but not at all dry syrup, everything exceeded my expectations! You really don't realize it's gluten-free! And I'm telling you this as someone who's been eating gluten for 50 years, so I know the difference! I also tried the sfogliatella frolla... a flavor I'd been missing for a while! And finally, that marinara square, which now makes my mouth water just thinking about it, it was exceptionally crispy! A guarantee! I'll definitely be back to order from you. I'm giving it 5 stars because more is not allowed.

We came here for an aperitivo, but... we were blown away! They overwhelmed us with their homemade delicacies: bruschetta with eggplant in oil, pizza, Neapolitan sandwiches, chicken cutlet, and a lovely platter of cured meats and cheeses with their own bread. A special mention goes to the freshly made mixed fried foods: hot, crispy, and incredibly flavorful. What amazed me most was the quality: it's not the usual packaged gluten-free. You can tell they make everything themselves and that there's a tremendous amount of thought behind every single ingredient, because you don't even notice that typical aftertaste... It was all truly "UA"!! Even the Nutella croissant, also homemade... amazing, identical to the classic one! Kudos to the owners and the staff, who are kind and super attentive. As soon as you walk in, you immediately sense their true love for food. The shop is also packed with products; you can find practically everything. We'll definitely be back; it's definitely worth it!

Their name says it all: Wow! We ordered a cake for my dad's birthday and it was perfect, both in appearance and flavor. The sponge cake was perfect, every bit as good as a "normal" cake. The staff was incredibly kind. We'll definitely be back to try their other baked goods.

I went on a Sunday morning, and in addition to the extensive selection, the staff was extremely friendly. I was also lucky enough to find an aperitif stand.

What can I say about you? UA is Gluten Free has never been a more fitting name, because your creations are incredibly delicious, even for non-celiacs. Before coming down for Easter, I ordered a chocolate colomba (which is a shame just to look at), polacche (a type of pastry), San Giuseppe zeppole (which Cristina even made for me outside of the Easter season), and various savory items, including a macaroni frittata, a Parisienne, an escarole sandwich, and various fried foods. I had already tried your crostata and pasticciotto when I came to reconfirm the order, and they were delicious. Thank you for making even those foods that are so often inedible without gluten seem "normal" and delicious. A special thanks to Cristina for her patience, kindness, and hospitality. Happy Easter!
