My trusted pizzeria since I became gluten intolerant. Phenomenal gluten-free pizza paired with a good gluten-free beer. Additionally, all the desserts are gluten-free; I recommend the cheesecake, which is really very good. It's important to book ahead because the place is very small and seating is limited; when booking, please inform if there are gluten intolerant customers.

The pizzas offered are varied as well as the craft beers, some tasty appetizers, focaccias, calzones, and desserts, all with gluten-free options. The typical spot for a pizza night with friends or family. The girls serving the tables are very kind and attentive, making you feel comfortable if you have a dog like I do. We have been going there for years, and we always find the same warmth and welcome they offer us; in short, an evening that feels like going to a friend's house. Thanks to Libe and his staff.

Libe is known for the quality and variety of its pizzas, including a gluten-free version. For us, a seafood-themed dinner was organized; seafood carpaccio, spaghetti with clams, seafood salad. Libe selected some excellent wines for us, especially memorable was a Gewürztraminer reserve. Everything was good, the environment was welcoming, and the service attentive.

The "alla mano" locale is perfect for those who want to eat gluten-free pizza. The pizzas are very good, both with and without gluten. The appetizers are good and plentiful. The desserts are also good, all gluten-free: we had cheesecake, tiramisu, and crepes. The staff is helpful. The location could be improved. Low costs. Excellent quality/price ratio.
