Elegant restaurant with attentive and caring staff. Great attention to gluten-free options, almost impossible to find in the area. Registered with the AIC circuit. Neapolitan-style pizzas and average prices. Excellent craft beers. We will return to try the cuisine!

The restaurant is located on the first floor in the central area of Corigliano Scalo, easily reachable by foot or by car. The menu features a variety of dishes, including fresh fish of excellent quality and local specialties. The pizzas are also excellent, baked in a wood-fired oven with a revolving stone plate (the only one in the area to have it); in addition to traditional pizza dough, gluten-free options (certified by the A.I.C.) as well as multi-grain and whole wheat crusts are also available. Various types of desserts prepared by the chef are on offer. The wine list is excellent, featuring several local wineries. The service is great and the owner is very knowledgeable and willing to recommend various dishes to try. I will definitely return and highly recommend it.

I ended up there by chance, but next time I will go back on purpose. The place is very nice, the service excellent, and the food really good. There were three of us, one of whom is gluten intolerant, we ate fish and everything was very good; you could see and taste the excellent quality of the raw materials, well-prepared and well-served dishes, and even the wine, a rosé, was really good. In short, it would be a real shame to go to Corigliano Calabro and not stop to eat at this place.

It's a shame, because the premises were good. Nice location (internally) despite a couple of style missteps, service was definitely good (the guy in the room was excellent). Unfortunately, the kitchen did not live up to expectations. Both with gluten and without. Quite a low level. Prices are average, but become high considering the quality. I wouldn't know about the pizza. I do not recommend.

I came across Sant'Emilia by chance and I am thrilled. Not being able to go to the restaurant, we ordered pizzas and desserts for home delivery. They seemed very accommodating, friendly, and professional nonetheless. The pizzas were very good, especially the gluten-free one, as well as the desserts. We will definitely go back to try other things. They won us over.

After visiting the Ducal Castle of Corigliano Calabro, on our way back to the sea, we searched online for a place where we could have gluten-free lunch and found Sant'Emilia. The food is excellent, and the staff is very attentive and courteous. The venue is quite large and well air-conditioned; on Sundays for lunch it was practically deserted. The gluten-free menu is complete: you can find everything gluten-free from appetizers to desserts... their homemade bread is really good! Before the end of our vacation, we will definitely return to try the gluten-free pizza!
