Better than the pre-packaged sandwich you find in a well-known fast-food chain, since it's prepared on the spot, you can also eat fries, and you have a choice of beer and desserts at the end of the meal. Let's say it still lacks a bit of practice to make it tasty and recommendable.

Better than other fast food chains, although there is still some work to be done on quality. I give one extra star for the service in the restaurant, but I would ask for greater attention to the product starting with the bread used for the buns and the hamburgers, which, although (still better than other chains, I reiterate) remain a weak point.

Good morning, I am responding to the owner who asked for clarifications. I'm sorry, but the few stars are related to the service, specifically to the treatment I received from the staff. The incidents that led me to this evaluation are several. I will point out the ones I remember best, the most recent ones. Once, I asked to be moved to another table (we were two) because the table was wobbly. It was the one right next to the area leading to the kitchen, the first one, against the wall. It wobbled to the point that when I was cutting my steak, it was impossible for the other person to cut theirs. I asked to be moved (the room was not crowded, since it was a weekday lunch and there were many free tables) and I was told they would "take my request into account." After about fifteen minutes, almost at the end of the meal, I asked again and they responded something like "we're working on it." In the end, I was told nothing more and we left. Another time, I asked for another bottle of water. After half an hour, I renewed the request and the waitress approached me huffing, probably because I had interrupted the moment she was looking at her phone with a colleague, laughing loudly. I understand it's an informal place, but it's still a workplace. In any case, the water never arrived. The last experience dining there: before ordering, the other person, gluten intolerant, asked if a certain dish contained only corn or also flour, to know if they could order it. The waiter replied "I don't know," and so we asked him if he could please check in the kitchen. He returned saying they couldn't provide an answer and told us to look up allergens online or to try eating it, and the next time we came back, to let him know if they had any intestinal issues, accompanied by a laugh in our faces. Last time I ate there. Now, when I crave a sandwich, always good, which is why I gave 4 stars out of 5, I always get takeout, and luckily, I almost always end up dealing with Mr. Armando, who is a very professional and courteous person.

What can I say, the Old Wild West is now synonymous with quality at reasonable prices! As someone who loves themed venues, I always get excited when I enter; it feels like being in a saloon of the old wild west. The food is delicious, I've already tried the whole menu! I highly recommend going there if you like grilled meats and burgers in an alternative atmosphere! There are dishes for everyone, including vegetarians, vegans, and those with gluten sensitivity!
