I had a really great experience. The entire staff was very kind and very willing to answer all my questions about my fear of contamination. They have really good gluten-free pasta. I was explained that they did various tests to find the one that paired best with the sauce. You can tell it's a place where a lot of research has been done. For dessert, there's an apple cake that I recommend because it reminded me of the strudel I had in Trentino. I will return!

Excellent lunch, fantastic raw materials, all crowned by a service as it should be with attention, courtesy, and a nice smile led by Mr. Andrea. The grouper ravioli with shrimp sauce are a must-try. Many options for celiacs without gluten, very accommodating in varying recipes. Well done, well done, we will return!

4 euros extra, in addition to the cover charge, for 2 slices of gluten-free bread seems excessive to me. Fried dish requested without gluten, served on carasau bread... no request for substitution... as if nothing happened. I am not new to this place; I have noticed a slight deterioration. The appetizer was average, risotto overcooked... it’s a pity because the environment is excellent, just like the professionalism of the waiters. I will return to find, hopefully, the excellence that I have always found before.

Excellent! The professionalism and courtesy of the staff are at the highest levels. A calm and comfortable environment. They were very accommodating in preparing gluten-free dishes of the highest quality, ensuring that celiacs at the table could enjoy the same dishes as everyone else. Truly impressive. It is our new point of reference in the city.
