I was desperately looking for a cake for my birthday, gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free. The girls immediately offered many alternatives, and in the end, I opted for a gluten-free red fruit cheesecake made with almond milk (because I can't eat soy) and erythritol instead of sugar. To say it was delicious is an understatement! I had a perfect birthday, thank you!

A venue entirely dedicated to gluten-free options, with attention also to vegan cuisine. A varied and well-thought-out menu, with offerings ranging from savory to sweet, all strictly gluten-free. The staff is always very kind and cheerful, attentive and prepared.

Small but very welcoming place. I ordered a gluten-free and lactose-free cake, very good! I was also given a loaf of bread because it was from the day before but still excellent. Very kind and accommodating. I will return to try the pizzas and desserts!

I have been to the pastry shop many times, the pizza is good and the best thing I ate was the tiramisu in glass jars.
4
Wide selection of products, from sweet to savory!

Great food, kindness, and availability. When I return to Viterbo, it's a must-stop. I recommend it to everyone!

Perfect for a quick lunch break, a slice of pizza (great!) or to spend some time enjoying a dessert. Cozy and simple place, prepared and welcoming staff. Absolutely worth trying.

Excellent and safe food, friendly staff, and a small but super welcoming place.

Every now and then I stop by for a quick lunch. I'm not celiac, but everything is really very good and light with a wide choice of foods. Highly recommended?

Great gluten-free cuisine and desserts with a wide selection.

A gluten-free experience, but full of flavor ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ La Pappa Celiaca 2.0 is a restaurant that offers gluten-free cuisine without compromising on quality and taste. The environment is modern and welcoming, perfect for those looking for a place to eat without worries but with delicious dishes. The service is attentive and professional. I tried the porcini mushroom risotto and the gluten-free fresh pasta: both dishes were rich in flavor and well-prepared. The main courses, like the grilled chicken, were tender and tasty. The gluten-free tiramisu was the perfect finale for a satisfying dinner. The prices are appropriate for the quality, considering the attention given to every gluten-free dish. Perfect for those with specific dietary needs who do not want to give up on excellent cuisine!

Very crumbly pasta and good pizza, the location leaves something to be desired, it should be modernized: but it's a real good food for those intolerant to gluten, so it deserves 4 stars

We stopped to have breakfast and both the sweet and the savory are good.

Great products, my daughter ate the best brownie ever. Friendly and helpful staff.

Everything perfect, many sweet and savory options. The girls behind the counter are very nice, the chocolate croissant is highly recommended.

Stopped by for a quick breakfast, wide selection of gluten-free pastries and very tasty breakfast. I also took the opportunity to buy some house-made bread and I must say it is really soft and very good.

A family-friendly place where celiacs can enjoy a good meal in complete peace; the staff is very helpful, I recommend it to everyone.

I would like to express my gratitude to all the people who work at Pappa Celiaca for giving my wife the greatest gift: a delicious gluten-free dinner for her birthday, with the added challenge for those who had to prepare it... "Vegan". I truly thank everyone and also recommend that those who are not intolerant or celiac visit because everything is excellent and delicious. Thank you and thank you again.

Could you tell me which desserts are gluten-free? - All of them. - ALL?!!!! It's a miracle.
4
Pizza and desserts were all really good. The pasta was medium, a bit under-seasoned, unlike the pizza which was really rich! We will return.

I want to preface by saying that I have no food issues, but I simply find gluten-free products easier to digest. For three years, I have been buying their artisanal panettone every year and every year I confirm that it is an excellent fresh and tasty product that has nothing to envy from other pastry shops. This year I also tried the pangiallo, simple but really good. Highly recommended!

Great!!! Whenever I'm in Viterbo, I always go there... the pasta, first and second courses are delicious... but the desserts are a wonder!!! Everything is made by them.. absolutely irresistible.. quality and courtesy!

Prices need to be reviewed, too high compared to other places that offer the same type of products.

Small portions, high prices, 7 euros for two small pieces of grilled chicken. They don't even ask for the green pass.

It is a welcoming place just like the "hostess" who is very professional and cheerful. The food is truly exquisite, with flavorful dishes, excellent ingredients, and skillfully prepared. There is a great assortment of sweet and savory food, specifically for celiacs but also for those with lactose intolerance. Practically for every taste and need, one can only be satisfied; compliments, highly recommended!

My wife and I were near Viterbo for lunch and were looking for an AIC-certified restaurant. We were very disappointed by the responses from a couple of places that either implied or explicitly said they were not ready to welcome customers with celiac disease for lunch. We decided to try this one, thinking we would buy something and have lunch at home. Instead, we were able to order and have lunch on-site with a good selection of starters, main dishes, side dishes, and pizza. We also got two tozzetti with coffee and two crostatine to take home for tea. Good, simple, and tasty food and a fair bill.
5
A small, very welcoming and family-friendly place where you can find 'normal' food even though it is dedicated to people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance.
5
Very good, everything is very nice and great variety!!!!!

Too expensive

Not only bread but also excellent ready-made dishes, all strictly gluten-free. Add warmth and courtesy, which are never out of place.

I finally found a place where we celiacs can get a slice of pizza if we're hungry... order it for home, bread, and delicious cookies.
