An excellent discovery for those who love sushi and need gluten-free options to enjoy comfortably at home. The menu offers a selection of gluten-free dishes indicated on the menu, prepared with fresh ingredients and accompanied by gluten-free soy sauce. I have ordered several times for home delivery, always indicating my celiac disease, and I have always been satisfied: the sushi arrives well packaged, fresh, and perfectly intact, as if it had just been served at the table. Gluten-free rolls, nigiri, and sashimi are delicious, with balanced flavors and a presentation that doesn’t lose quality even with takeout.
