Staff informed about celiac disease and contamination issues. It is a typical Chinese restaurant. The owner and the other waitress are helpful and provide information about the preparation of all dishes. Additionally, upon request, frying is possible (they use a separate pot of oil and rice flour). I had very good shrimp steamed dumplings, special rice noodles, and calamari with bamboo and mushrooms. I can't wait to go back to try the Chinese gnocchi, soy noodles, and more... 🤗 ps: they serve gluten-free soy sauce at the table in a somewhat "spartan" container, but they are reliable.
