First time I can eat sushi without worrying about contamination and having to explain how it works (it's all gluten-free). Beautiful!! Very good food, nice place, and very kind and helpful staff. The dumplings are good.

Great sushi and extremely attentive staff. Upon request for gluten-free, they change cutting boards, knives, and disinfect the counter. They don't have a separate preparation area, but they are really very careful. Obviously, the waiting times are a bit longer, but the quality is worth the wait. Very unique combinations of flavors and a gluten-free tempura bomb. Definitely worth trying, but remember to book and specify gluten-free.

Before discovering my celiac disease, I tried many, many sushi places, and I have to say this is definitely in the top 3. Careful preparation to avoid contamination and really excellent taste. Prices are average for the area, perhaps slightly higher but you pay for quality and service.

I discovered I am celiac about 3 years ago, and what I missed the most was being able to eat sushi peacefully without worrying about contamination. This place exceeded all my expectations, the staff was truly friendly and not to mention the fabulous food. We recommend placing the order before arriving, so you can find your food almost ready since the preparation times are slightly long... but it was absolutely worth it. Even though we live in Bologna, we will definitely return!!

Celiac for many years, resigned to eating with friends at sushi places in my area that offer options accessible to celiacs like Cantonese rice and little else, until I discovered this place. My first experience there was last night. I finally ate tempura-fried food and rolls for the first time in my life, and it was uniquely delicious. The guys who work there take care of the dishes in the right way, and you can see the passion behind their work. Highly recommend to anyone, even non-celiacs, to try their cuisine because I think it is very competitive in terms of quality and price compared to any all-you-can-eat, where you eat a lot and often poorly; here, with an à la carte menu, you can leave happy without spending too much!

Every time I go near Cesena, I stop to eat at this restaurant, in the heart of the city, a real must for the quality of the food. It's easily reached, with a road that leads directly to the square, without any parking issues, as there are many spots available. The place is really nice, with a self-service style for setting and clearing the table, which I personally enjoy. The sushi prepared by the chef is extraordinary, with flavors well mixed for taste explosions I've never experienced before, all well balanced. I recommend the Temaki cones, exceptional. High-quality ingredients, with seasonal fish when available. There’s also the option to pair typical drinks. The cherry on top is the possibility of enjoying a fusion option for celiacs, a true added value for a restaurant like this. The owners are very friendly, helpful, and nice, ready to explain each dish. À la carte menu, I recommend making a reservation. My favorite Fusion, number 1. Very talented.
