The restaurant is not certified, but the gluten-free safety is still very high. They have pasta and bread, and without being asked, they specify to use separate oil for frying and fresh water for boiling the pasta. This shows a high level of awareness on the matter. Typical Lucanian cuisine at a great price and decent quality. Highly recommended.
