A completely gluten-free bakery, pastry shop, and pasta factory. The owner is very kind and helpful. Here you can also find cookies without added sugars, which is a blessing for me as I pay close attention to that. An absolute gem is the fact that the owner does not use gluten-containing flours, but only naturally gluten-free flours. Highly recommended!
