The place is called Zazie and mainly serves breakfast and lunch, excluding Saturdays. For breakfast, we tried the carrot muffin which was, however, pre-packaged.

The ramen takes place every Saturday evening by reservation at Zazie. The owner is very knowledgeable about the subject. Excellent gluten-free ramen, gluten-free bao, and dessert.
