Superb gluten-free pizza!!!! I confirm all the reviews I’ve read and I also say that the gluten-free pizza from Avalon Baraccola is superb! The dough is like a cloud and the ingredients are of excellent quality. Highly recommended for those with celiac disease. Even the pizza with wheat flour is exceptional, as testified by my friends. Delicious pizza!! I was there about a month ago, but I really think I will go back soon. I've been in Ancona for about a year now and unfortunately I'm only just discovering such a good pizza, but better late than never! Now I don't remember the name, but you can see in the first photo which pizza I chose, with the raw ham from Norcia, just looking at it makes me hungry. Even the gluten-free pizza is amazing compared to the usual (according to my celiac girlfriend). Perhaps the place is a bit unfortunate, but for a pizza + bowling combo, there’s nothing better since it's practically next door.

Great ingredients. In my opinion, the pizza dough is heavy and "chewy"... Pizzas made with regular flour were undercooked, My gluten-free pizza was completely raw. The service from the waiters was excellent, fast, very kind, available, and attentive to customer requests. The location was average... Excellent cleanliness of the premises. I wouldn't go back just because I didn't like the pizza. We celebrated my mom's birthday and we were able to bring our dog too. Prices were average.

The best pizza! Great pizza 🍕! The menu includes Veg and gluten-free options (by prior reservation). The staff shines in kindness, availability, and friendliness. Very simple location, with an outdoor area for consumption. Close to the bowling alley.
