Great restaurant in Corigliano, I review it in 5 points: 1: Really well-kept, modern, and welcoming location. 2: Service: our waitress was super friendly the whole time, helped us choose by advising (well) what to order and was always attentive to our needs, compliments. 3: The dishes they offer are definitely prepared with care and are good, although the tuna-based appetizer I had was truly fantastic while the first course was good but didn't compare. The dessert was tasty but again nothing outstanding. 4: There was the option to add black truffle, we added it and unfortunately, although we were told it was black truffle, it was clearly scorzone. In any case, the cost was fair and aligned with the scorzone, so this is not so much a negative point as a suggestion: say in advance that it is scorzone so one can decide more consciously if they want it or not as it has a different (and much milder) flavor than black truffle. 5: At the table, there was a vegetarian person and when we called to make a reservation the person who answered was quite confused between the difference between vegetarian and celiac, to the point that they told us there was nothing for vegetarians. Fortunately, we went to ask in person and in the end, there were several (among other things, good) options for vegetarians. Final rating: 4, a good restaurant to stop for a meal but still with some rough edges, with some superb dishes and others just okay (but which with a bit more attention can shine). Recommended to try it.

It was truly an excellent experience! The staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. The location is refined and elegant. The lunch was pleasant and delightful. The food is extraordinary: you can enjoy these original dishes prepared with meticulous attention. Furthermore, they are completely prepared for celiacs: I must admit that for the first time I did not feel uncomfortable receiving gluten-free dishes. We had the appetizer consisting of 8 tastings, three first courses (pasta with monkfish, scialatielli with scallops, and a risotto), all excellent, and two second courses (the monkfish, which was truly a discovery, and the crispy octopus). The catch is definitely fresh from our Ionian Sea. I absolutely recommend it to everyone.
