The best gluten-free pizza I have ever eaten in the last 16 years! Delicious from the first to the last bite, which is not a given, because even the really good ones become difficult to cut when they cool down, but not the ones served in this place. I'm told that those for people without celiac issues are equally excellent, another plus if you want to go out with friends and/or relatives who are not celiac.

Very good gluten-free pizza, the dough comes from outside and is cooked in a separate oven (I believe electric and positioned in the kitchen, because the place is small). Original toppings. Well done!

We booked at the last minute, but right from the start, there were two time options offered to us. We accepted the one with the shorter service time, but then the waiter reassured us saying they had found a solution for the next table, so we could take our time. We ate calmly: very fast service, very good and really special pizzas. Even the gluten-free pizza was good, although there’s still some room for improvement. Full steam ahead! The only possibly negative note: limited dessert selection and prices a bit too high only for these.

I'll start by saying that we are not fans of Neapolitan pizza or any pizza with a high crust, but this one really surprised us! Not to mention the ingenuity in creating the option to choose a sauce (homemade) served on the side for dipping the 'leftover' crust. A compliment also goes to the special care they take for celiacs/gluten intolerant individuals and those lactose intolerant, with a wide range of pizzas and not only that, the gluten-free dough is also very good. The desserts are as delicious as the pizzas, and most of them are gluten-free as well. The staff is very welcoming and attentive to the smallest details. Unfortunately, we won't be able to return soon since we come from Tuscany, but if we do come back, it will surely be a definite stop.

An intimate, pleasant evening with 4 friends. Cozy place, friendly, polite, and attentive staff. You can see that the whole team of guys cares about what they do and ensures that the diners feel comfortable. A very appreciated plus is the attention to food intolerances. I had the meatballs in sauce with gluten-free focaccia. Amazing! Keep it up!

Delicious gluten-free pizza, crispy and with a truly gourmet filling! Variety of gluten-free desserts... I had the pistachio cheesecake! Truly excellent service... the girls are knowledgeable, kind, and available for any clarification! Nice place.

Highly recommended! I am celiac, and there are many gluten-free options. Excellent gluten-free pizza, made in a dedicated oven. Attentive and kind staff. Very nice and clean location. I will definitely go back.
