I asked for a lactose-free item since I am intolerant, and I was delivered a chocolate muffin that was gluten-free but contained lactose; if I hadn't checked the ingredients carefully, I would probably be here writing this terrible review. Furthermore, I asked about the "lactose-free" muffin, and the waiter reacted with this exclamation towards me: "but don’t worry, it’s gluten-free," which made me feel out of place in this society.
