I stayed in Cabras and the best gluten-free pizza in the town is Sergio's. Unfortunately, the wait times are long.

5 well-deserved stars for this little pizzeria in the center of Cabras. The restaurant does not have outdoor seating but has a large indoor room with an open oven. Here, I had the pleasure of eating one of the best seafood and bottarga pizzas ever, and it was gluten-free too. The dough was flavorful and well-cooked, the fish was super fresh and perfectly cooked. The waitress was very kind and patient. Finally, the amazing lactose-free and gluten-free cheesecake concluded the evening splendidly. I highly recommend it!

We happened to go to "da Sergio" by chance because we were looking for a pizzeria with gluten-free options near Cabras. The excellent reviews convinced us and we made a reservation: one of the best choices of the whole vacation! Absolutely delicious pizzas, super welcoming, kind, and helpful staff, with a special mention for the gluten-free pizza: light and tasty, simply fantastic, hard to find ones that good! I was at this pizzeria last night and I had the gluten-free, lactose-free 4 seasons pizza: really excellent! From the super light dough to the quality products. Highly recommended! ❤️

For years now, whenever we go to Sardinia, going to eat a seafood pizza at Sergio's has become a must... it's a specialty! The pizzeria is simple and it's not by the sea, but it doesn't matter when you taste a pizza like this; the sea is right there on the plate! It's very light and the fish is super fresh; in fact, it can vary, and they tell you what's available based on the catch. Moreover, something not common is that it's a pizzeria suitable for celiacs! I recommend it, a must-try!

Spartan but still orderly and clean place. Very kind staff. If you like thin pizza, this is the place for you: very good, light but well topped and digestible. The gluten-free pizza is also very good.
