one of the best pizzas ever, I came back a second time. I didn't investigate the preparation methods but I had no symptoms.

They have a very small kitchen, so the risk of contamination is very high. I talked directly with the pizzaiolo who told me that if I went during non-festive periods and arrived before 7 PM, he could guarantee that he would be careful about contamination. However, he also mentioned that if I went in August or later on weekends, the pizza would definitely be contaminated. In any case, by going early (6:45 PM) and during the week not in August, I had a good pizza.

ABSOLUTELY NOT FOR CELIACS. I ordered a gluten-free pizza and they sold me a pizza with a gluten-free dough, but I saw with my own eyes that the cooking is done in the same wood-fired oven as the other pizzas and they use the same pizza peel. As for the gluten-free pizza, it was absolutely a terrible experience. Huge DISINFORMATION ABOUT CELIAC DISEASE!

Great pizza in the beautiful setting of Porto Santo Stefano. They don’t take reservations, so you have to wait in line, but it moves quite quickly. Gluten-free pizza is also available, made by them (for special doughs, you need to book the day before!). Honest bill, considering the dinner and location. The only less positive note of the evening was that some tables that arrived after us were served before us; I believe it was just a mistake, and it took a bit longer for the pizza. All in all, I would gladly return.

Delicious Neapolitan pizza, great even the gluten-free option for celiacs. The outdoor tables have a good view of the illuminated harbor. Absolutely an experience to repeat, highly recommended!!

Small but well-maintained environment, more seating outside. Excellent pizza, with various dough options, including gluten-free, and they are very attentive for those with celiac disease if notified. I found a lot of availability from the managers; they even made gluten-free and lactose-free cheesecake, which was delicious. Thank you very much ☺️🙏

The pizza is also available gluten-free and I must say it was extremely good. You need to call in advance and let them know if there is someone with celiac disease, ideally 1 day before. Unfortunately, there are only two appetizers, but rightly so, they focus on their main product, the pizza. They do not accept reservations; at 8:30 PM we waited about 15/20 minutes. Good price for the quality of the pizza and the ingredients.
