Great surprise. They offer various gluten-free courses and I was able to savor gratin scallops (gluten-free) and especially squid ink tagliolini with scallops (gluten-free). They also offer gluten-free desserts. Absolutely recommended for anyone wanting to eat fish in Ferrara.
