The restaurant, in addition to being in a very good location in front of the castle, offers a menu dedicated to gluten-free options. The staff is very kind and attentive to contamination, providing gluten-free bread and dishes that are definitely not 100% fresh; they are likely pre-made and then reheated.

The location is central and the dishes are excellent. They do not have AIC certification but adhere to AIM, so the dishes arrive ready and are heated or cooked without contamination risk. The food quality is excellent and the choice is wide. I don't know if there have been any changes, but the dishes are served without packaging (based on other reviews).

Attention (or paranoia) so high regarding contamination that ready-to-eat dishes are served in plastic containers, still hot after being heated in the microwave and covered with protective film. Personally, I prefer to eat a gluten-free second course rather than receive such service, especially at an excessive cost for the quality of the offered product. The dishes had an acceptable taste but I don't think I will return to the place again.

The restaurant collaborates with the company AIM (I also eat), so the dishes on the proposed menu are all cooked and pre-cooked by AIM, and then reheated by the restaurant. They are indeed served still with their plastic wrap to avoid contamination. Certainly not the best presentation. The taste isn't terrible, but you can tell they are not "homemade".

I work in the organization of study trips in Italy for foreign students. Every time I accompany a group visiting Ferrara, I no longer have any doubts about where to take them for dinner! The staff is friendly and welcoming. The service is attentive, fast, and impeccable, even when we participate with large groups. The kitchen offers a wide selection of typical dishes from Ferrara and Italy, with great care in meeting the needs of each customer. An important aspect for our programs, and something we always greatly appreciate, is the attention to food intolerances and allergies from the staff. There are also various options for celiacs, as well as vegetarian options! Every time we have dinner at Osteria Quattro Angeli, we enjoy dishes like pinzini ferraresi with cured meats and cheeses, the famous cappellacci di zucca from Ferrara, and many other delicious dishes and desserts. We have always had a good time there, to the point that we have decided to propose Osteria Quattro Angeli as a fixed stop in our training programs in Ferrara. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your availability and for the exquisite food. We will definitely be back!
