After years of not eating a sandwich, I made the mistake of starting with theirs; they've become like a drug to me, at least once a month, but it has happened even more than once in a week. Everything is super tasty, and even my partner, who can eat gluten, prefers their gluten-free sandwiches!!!

Norma's Burger is undoubtedly the best place to eat Smash Burger in Ferrara! The ingredients are always fresh, the meat is cooked to perfection, and the Bun is truly spectacular. The atmosphere is cozy and well-detailed, perfect for an evening with friends or family. The staff is friendly, skilled, and always available, making each visit a super pleasant experience. Additionally, they have their super convenient app for ordering takeout or delivery, so you can enjoy their fantastic burgers at home as well. They have gluten-free options and vegetarian choices! I absolutely recommend trying at least once the Los Pollos Hermanos, an incredible sandwich that alone is worth the visit! 🍔🔥 On weekends it’s practically always full and you can’t book a table except for the large one for 8 people, but the average stay time for customers is about 20-30 minutes, so with a bit of patience, you can usually eat in no time. In the photos, you will also find the menu! They often add Specials off the menu! Oh, and of course, you can make double-triple burgers etc. when you order! They also have their Norma's branded products like clippers, sweatshirts, caps, etc.!

i got a fried chicken burger and had no issues with my (usually debilitating) lactose intolerance, so I guess at least that entails no milk products. it was crispy and deliciously peppery

One of the best hamburgers I've ever eaten. Bread available gluten-free and lactose-free. Fries with truffle mayo and parmesan are, in my opinion, quite rich, but that's just my personal taste. Prices are appropriate for the quality and quantity (really generous portions). Service is very fast, recommended for lunch break.
