I have known this restaurant for 4 years, and in the last year, it has really stepped up, both in terms of food and staff. The dishes are varied and refined, not the classic Japanese restaurant with only traditional dishes, but a place where you can experiment with nigiri with bergamot, uramaki with lime or mojito style, and many unique dishes, all with an explosion of flavor in your mouth. I can't comment on the hot food since I haven't tried it. Service: efficient, friendly, and attentive staff. Yesterday, there was a slight delay with the desserts as they did not bring them together, but that's understandable. The environment is well-maintained both inside and outside, which I prefer, and since it is inside a covered cloister, it can be used all year round and has a very intimate and romantic atmosphere in the evening.
