I hadn't done a review before... What can I say... The food was terrifyingly good for me, being celiac; I ate like a buffalo. Wonderful atmosphere. Super attentive staff!!! Of course I'll be back!!! I can't wait!!!

In the splendid Cogne, restaurant and wine shop with truly knowledgeable staff on the subject of cross-contamination. They also pointed out gluten-free dishes where there could still be a risk of contamination (oven). Aside from the first courses, I could choose from the entire menu, including desserts, all delicious. Packaged gluten-free bread from the best brands was available.

The food is truly excellent and of high quality, with abundant local dishes. Service is very professional; they explained the menu in detail for a person with celiac disease regarding what could be eaten, showing courtesy and humility. Service deserves a 10 and praise! The environment is very comfortable and pleasant; we ate outside and it was perfect. We will definitely return.
