They give it 5 stars and write very confidently, knowing that they cook gluten-free pizza where they also make pastries with gluten? They told me themselves. I am celiac and cannot have cross-contamination. It’s not a trend! If it’s gluten-free, it should specify that it’s for intolerance, and not for celiac disease. Thank you.
