Very attentive to intolerances, they brought me a rich platter with valid alternatives to those with gluten.

I give one star because it is not possible to select less. We came to this "restaurant" for a quick lunch. We ordered two raw salads. The plate was half empty. Furthermore, the vegetables, both salad and tomatoes, had an aftertaste of pecorino cheese; in my opinion, they must have used the same cutting board/knife to slice the cheese and the vegetables, taking away the original taste of the vegetables. Not to mention that if I had been allergic or intolerant to lactose, I would have had an allergic reaction, but the fact is that you cannot eat tomatoes and salad that taste like pecorino. Additionally, the olives were extremely salty, and the carasau bread was soft; the only thing that was salvageable on the plate was the prosciutto crudo. They didn't even bring us salt, oil, or vinegar to dress the salad, so despite the already low quality of the salad, we even had to eat it bland. Once we finished the salad, we intended to order a dessert, but this intention was not possible. The waiter didn't even come to ask us if we wanted anything else, coffee or dessert. The plate sat in front of us for almost an hour. I strongly advise against eating at this place. Low food quality and improper prices for the quality of the food.
