Estuvimos aquí en grupo, alrededor de diez personas. El lugar ofrece grandes mesas y en el menú también hay opciones para personas celíacas. El personal es amable y garantiza un servicio muy rápido; las pizzas llegaron en un abrir y cerrar de ojos. Pedí una pizza margarita, la cobertura era generosa y el sabor excelente. We wanted to try New My Flower since friends thought of it when we were here last year due to my needing gluten free options. Man.gia has been our go-to for GF pizza since trying them last visit, but the very mixed reviews and generally lower prices at New Flower enticed us in for a try. I'm really not sure where all the ire comes from in some of the reviews - perhaps there is something I'm missing, some history or something. It is very loud in the restaurant and they could probably easily ameliorate some of that by hanging some sound dampening panels from the ceiling throughout the restaurant. They have put some panels flat on the walls, but they seem to be ineffective. Otherwise, the interior is quite inviting. I especially like the lighting. There are many options from their simply-presented menu, and the food came in good time. All staff were friendly and helpful, even on a busy night with a 20-top table and even when we were the last party to leave at closing. Now, for the pizza: my friends enjoyed their glutinous pizzas and the honest price. My partner and I tried two of the GF pizzas and thought the crust was pretty good for the style that it is. All the pizzas are thinner style, rather than more doughy. I found that GF dough to be chewy, and almost a bit gummy, which is not my favorite, but it certainly wasn't bad. I'd say it was about 7/10, which, to me, means that I would recommend others try it but I wouldn't say that it is a must-try for anyone coming through Cagliari. For comparison only, I do highly recommend that everyone go to Man.gia if they visit Cagliari (or to Pinocchio if they go to Nuoro - note that they are not GF). All together, the experience and food etc. amounts to a 7.5/10 for me. I was a little less enthused after we got home and looked at our total price, but I try to leave that aspect up to others to interpret on their own. Overall, better than average.

¡Estimado propietario! Las principales razones para las 3 estrellas: la pizza sin gluten era de mala calidad, mi novia tenía mucha hambre pero no la terminó. El topping de cuatro estaciones parecía hecho con ingredientes sobrantes, no creo que nadie comiera la carne con gusto...

Puedes pedir todo tipo de pizzas que se te ocurran. Además, están especializados en hacer diferentes pizzas de pasta con harina blanca o integral y también sin gluten! ¡La pizza más sabrosa y ligera de la ciudad!!!

Vamos allí porque hacen pizzas sin gluten realmente muy buenas. Horneadas y no en bandejas de aluminio. Pero las pizzas con gluten también son muy buenas, delgadas, grandes y bien condimentadas pero muy ligeras. Así que realmente se acaban sin dificultad. Ambiente agradable y servicio cortés y disponible. También aprecié el menú disponible en línea que evita tocar el de papel. ¡Bien hecho! Recomiendo este lugar a todos, pero si alguien es celíaco, es casi una obligación ;)
