Siamo stati qua in gruppo, una decina di persone. Il locale offre ampie tavolate e nel menù ci sono anche opzioni per persone celiache. Il personale è gentile e garantisce un servizio molto rapido, le pizze sono arrivate in un batter d'occhio. Ho preso una pizza margherita, il condimento era generoso e il gusto ottimo. We wanted to try New My Flower since friends thought of it when we were here last year due to my needing gluten free options. Man.gia has been our go-to for GF pizza since trying them last visit, but the very mixed reviews and generally lower prices at New Flower enticed us in for a try. I'm really not sure where all the ire comes from in some of the reviews - perhaps there is something I'm missing, some history or something. It is very loud in the restaurant and they could probably easily ameliorate some of that by hanging some sound dampening panels from the ceiling throughout the restaurant. They have put some panels flat on the walls, but they seem to be ineffective. Otherwise, the interior is quite inviting. I especially like the lighting. There are many options from their simply-presented menu, and the food came in good time. All staff were friendly and helpful, even on a busy night with a 20-top table and even when we were the last party to leave at closing. Now, for the pizza: my friends enjoyed their glutinous pizzas and the honest price. My partner and I tried two of the GF pizzas and thought the crust was pretty good for the style that it is. All the pizzas are thinner style, rather than more doughy. I found that GF dough to be chewy, and almost a bit gummy, which is not my favorite, but it certainly wasn't bad. I'd say it was about 7/10, which, to me, means that I would recommend others try it but I wouldn't say that it is a must-try for anyone coming through Cagliari. For comparison only, I do highly recommend that everyone go to Man.gia if they visit Cagliari (or to Pinocchio if they go to Nuoro - note that they are not GF). All together, the experience and food etc. amounts to a 7.5/10 for me. I was a little less enthused after we got home and looked at our total price, but I try to leave that aspect up to others to interpret on their own. Overall, better than average.

Caro proprietario! I principali motivi per le 3 stelle: la pizza senza glutine era di scarsa qualità, la mia ragazza aveva molta fame ma non l'ha finita. Il condimento quattro stagione sembrava fatto con ingredienti avanzati, non credo che qualcuno mangerebbe felice la carne...

Puoi ordinare tutti i tipi di pizze che hai in mente. Inoltre, sono specializzati nella preparazione di diverse pizze di pasta con farina bianca o integrale e anche senza glutine! La pizza più gustosa e leggera in città!!!

Noi ci andiamo perché fanno delle pizze senza glutine davvero molto buone. Cotte al forno e non su teglie di alluminio. Ma sono buonissime anche le pizze con glutine, sottili, grandi e ben condite ma leggerissime. Per cui si finiscono davvero senza difficoltà. Ambiente carino e servizio cortese e disponibile. Apprezzato anche il menù consultabile online che evita di toccare quello cartaceo. Bravi! Locale che consiglio a tutti ma se qualcuno è celiaco è quasi un obbligo ;)
