Entender la celiaquía y la contaminación cruzada. Hay muchas opciones naturalmente sin gluten en el menú. Asegúrate de informarles que eres celíaco (GF) porque toman precauciones adicionales. Tuve esta ensalada de carne crujiente y comí parte de un pedido de pescado y papas fritas GF. El pescado y papas fritas GF aquí fue uno de los mejores que probé en nuestro viaje. La ensalada de carne crujiente estaba un poco picante. Fue genial, me alegro de haberlo probado porque era muy diferente de otras comidas que he tenido. Si tuviera que hacerlo de nuevo, probablemente pediría el pescado y papas fritas en su lugar, solo porque el sabor del empanizado fue el mejor de los más de 3 lugares donde probé pescado y papas fritas durante nuestro viaje. Altamente recomendable. Esta fue una de nuestras comidas más caras, pero valió la pena.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ¡Comida fantástica y un servicio excepcional! El Queen’s Arms se convirtió en nuestro pub favorito en Londres: comimos aquí cinco veces y nunca nos decepcionó. La comida era increíble, con muchas opciones sin gluten que estaban tan buenas que nunca sabrías que eran GF. El servicio fue excepcional, especialmente Flora, quien nos trató como familia y hizo que cada visita se sintiera acogedora y memorable. Comida increíble, ambiente cálido y un servicio al cliente verdaderamente de primera. ¡No podemos esperar para volver!

Gluten Free oasis (although you would never know it was gf) plus they also serve regular food! The best gf Fish & Chips I’ve ever had…light, crunchy and not greasy. Being gf I had never had a Scotch Egg or Sticky Toffee Pudding…boy was I missing out. My husband didn’t notice the difference. Bangers & Mash were also amazing. Beautiful place to hang out on a rainy day and staff very friendly.

So my experience here was really mixed. The food was wonderful and there were lots of gluten free options to choose from on the menu, which is great as I have celiacs (found the place on Atly). But sadly the service is where this place faltered. It was like they couldn't decide if they wanted to be a pub or have table service. When we asked if they were still serving food we got told the menus are over there and they just pointed across the room. We went to the bar to order drinks which was more than fine, but then we found out they take food orders at the table when we went back to the bar to order. But if you want to order more drinks or anything else (like dessert), we had to either go back to the bar to be told they would come over to us or we had to flag down someone to do this and both seemed to be a bit of a bother to the staff. We asked for the bill and it was another 40 minutes or until we paid because no one came back and again we had to flag down one of the staff. I'd really love to recommend this place for the food, but if you are expecting good service maybe try somewhere else.
