⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cibo fantastico e servizio eccezionale! Il Queen’s Arms è diventato il nostro pub di riferimento a Londra — siamo venuti qui cinque volte e non ci ha mai deluso. Il cibo era incredibile, con molte opzioni senza glutine così buone che non avresti mai saputo che fossero GF. Il servizio era eccezionale, soprattutto Flora, che ci ha trattati come una famiglia e ha reso ogni visita accogliente e memorabile. Cibo straordinario, atmosfera calda e servizio clienti davvero di prima classe. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

Gluten Free oasis (although you would never know it was gf) plus they also serve regular food! The best gf Fish & Chips I’ve ever had…light, crunchy and not greasy. Being gf I had never had a Scotch Egg or Sticky Toffee Pudding…boy was I missing out. My husband didn’t notice the difference. Bangers & Mash were also amazing. Beautiful place to hang out on a rainy day and staff very friendly.

So my experience here was really mixed. The food was wonderful and there were lots of gluten free options to choose from on the menu, which is great as I have celiacs (found the place on Atly). But sadly the service is where this place faltered. It was like they couldn't decide if they wanted to be a pub or have table service. When we asked if they were still serving food we got told the menus are over there and they just pointed across the room. We went to the bar to order drinks which was more than fine, but then we found out they take food orders at the table when we went back to the bar to order. But if you want to order more drinks or anything else (like dessert), we had to either go back to the bar to be told they would come over to us or we had to flag down someone to do this and both seemed to be a bit of a bother to the staff. We asked for the bill and it was another 40 minutes or until we paid because no one came back and again we had to flag down one of the staff. I'd really love to recommend this place for the food, but if you are expecting good service maybe try somewhere else.
