I attempted to order a gluten free pizza with jalapeños for my father who unfortunately suffers with a life changing illness known as celiac. I ordered this pizza in store face to face with the dominos team. I was firstly told that I was not allowed to order a gluten free pizza in person which to be honest bamboozled me as you would surely think ordering something in person is less of a risk than online? I was then told I am not allowed jalapeños on my pizza online or in person due to there being a store policy. This highly disappointed me as I have been going to this store for nearly 2 years with my dad ordering the same pizza every time and it coming with jalapeños. Any attempt I then made to get around this so called store policy I was immediately shut down by the manager. Please bear in mind my way around was to just simply have some jalapeños in a box completely separate as to then make both parties happy. I am unsure on why I have been treated like this as I am a customer of a significant period of time. Not only that but the response of ‘its store policy’ to every single question or wrap around I tried to use or ask, I found extremely unprofessional and really a significant lack in dominos’s usual spectacular customer service Dominos what can I do?
