⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic food and outstanding service! The Queen’s Arms became our go-to pub in London — we ate here five times and it never disappointed. The food was incredible, with plenty of gluten-free options that were so good you’d never know they were GF. The service was exceptional, especially Flora, who treated us like family and made every visit feel welcoming and memorable. Amazing food, warm atmosphere, and truly top-notch customer service. We can’t wait to come back!

Un'oasi senza glutine (anche se non potresti mai sapere che è senza glutine) e servono anche cibo normale! I migliori Fish & Chips senza glutine che abbia mai mangiato... leggeri, croccanti e non grassi. Essendo senza glutine, non avevo mai avuto un Scotch Egg o un Sticky Toffee Pudding... che peccato perdermeli. Mio marito non ha notato la differenza. Anche i Bangers & Mash erano fantastici. Bellissimo posto per trascorrere una giornata di pioggia e personale molto cordiale.

So my experience here was really mixed. The food was wonderful and there were lots of gluten free options to choose from on the menu, which is great as I have celiacs (found the place on Atly). But sadly the service is where this place faltered. It was like they couldn't decide if they wanted to be a pub or have table service. When we asked if they were still serving food we got told the menus are over there and they just pointed across the room. We went to the bar to order drinks which was more than fine, but then we found out they take food orders at the table when we went back to the bar to order. But if you want to order more drinks or anything else (like dessert), we had to either go back to the bar to be told they would come over to us or we had to flag down someone to do this and both seemed to be a bit of a bother to the staff. We asked for the bill and it was another 40 minutes or until we paid because no one came back and again we had to flag down one of the staff. I'd really love to recommend this place for the food, but if you are expecting good service maybe try somewhere else.
