For the last four years I have ordered by phone as I'm dairy intolerant and can't have cheese on my pizza. Today after three attempts to order by phone, the phone was finally answered and I was told they no longer accept phone orders and to order online. I attempted to order online but it does not allow me to remove cheese. I went into the shop and explained my issue to the manager who stated I should order online and then call to tell them no cheese. I stated that was difficult when they don't answer the phone. The manager was unhelpful and unsympathetic. The manager told me I could remove cheese online and didn't believe me that you couldn't until I showed him. Very poor from Dominos around food intolerance and zero customer service. I'll be taking my custom elsewhere.
