What a wonderful spa day we had on Sunday, Megan at the spa reception was wonderful, what a fabulous welcome, thank you 😊 our afternoon tea was absolutely delicious too. The vegan and gluten free options are highly recommended, we will definitely be visiting again 😊

Ho visitato il Moor Hall Spa con due amici per una riunione scolastica e un pomeriggio di tè, ed è stata davvero un'esperienza deliziosa. Il mio tè pomeridiano senza glutine è stato preparato con molta attenzione, il che ho davvero apprezzato. Moor Hall ha un'atmosfera eterea e serena che rende l'esperienza molto speciale. Sfortunatamente, non siamo riusciti a fare la passeggiata benessere nel piccolo bosco che hanno a causa delle inondazioni causate dal maltempo, ma è sicuramente un posto dove tornerò nel prossimo futuro.

Came for cream tea. Sat down at the table and was asked by the waiter what tea we would like to order without being given a menu beforehand. Once the tea came we waited 10 minutes for cutlery, milk and sugar (this was of course me getting up and asking for it) The food came and we were given Afternoon Tea instead of the Cream Tea which we requested. You can’t get anything from the waiters without getting up and physically asking for it. The gluten free and regular scones came cold and were mediocre. Not asked once whether the food was ok or if we would like any refills. Bare in mind only 4 tables were occupied with people - this is very disappointing as I expected better service considering this is a 4 star establishment.
