Farm Girl is nestled away in a small alley on Portobello Road that expands into an absolute treasure trove that contains this beautiful cafe and courtyard. We came on the recommendation of some locals and were so delighted to be treated to such a lovely breakfast. As we had a part with gluten free girlies, we were pleasantly surprised to find that their pancakes come gluten free by default! And they just so happen to be the best pancakes we have ever eaten — soft and fluffy with a buttery crust! I’m dying to know the recipe. The soft scrambled eggs were insane, alongside generously buttered sourdough toast. And of course, you have to accompany that with a latte which came with a cute star decoration on top. Australians simply know how to do breakfast, and Farm Girl is a shining example of that. I’ll definitely be coming back any time I’m in the area.
