Abbiamo ingaggiato la Pasticceria di Kyra per la nostra torta nuziale e il buffet di dessert, ed è stata un'esperienza assolutamente incredibile! Come sposa celiaca, ero nervosa nel trovare una pasticceria in grado di creare una torta senza glutine che avesse un sapore fantastico... e poi ho trovato Kyra e sono rimasta sbalordita! Fin dal primo assaggio, Kyra ha reso l'intera esperienza entusiasmante, creativa e completamente illimitata, qualcosa di raro nel mondo senza glutine. Ogni sapore era un sogno, e il risultato finale era pura perfezione. I nostri ospiti erano entusiasti dei nostri dessert (la maggior parte non si è nemmeno resa conto che erano senza glutine!), e siamo stati felicissimi di avere degli avanzi così da poterli gustare a lungo dopo il matrimonio. Siamo infinitamente grati a Kyra e al suo team per aver realizzato la nostra visione dei dessert. Raccomandiamo vivamente qualsiasi cosa dal loro menu, ma tieni presente che è quasi impossibile scegliere perché tutto è incredibile!

I came to Kyra to have my wedding cake done and she was an absolute pleasure to work with! She took the time with us to talk through all of the ideas I had because I came in not feeling completely certain about what I wanted in terms of design and we made it happen with an idea that fit our budget. I also cannot eat gluten so her offerings were perfect for me. Later one month before the wedding I found out I was pregnant and she was able to accommodate a request to make the inside of the cake pink for a surprise pregnancy announcement and wedding gender reveal. We had a fog machine, strobe lights, and played My Girls by Animal Collective, and had our flower girl ride into the reception space in a mini-Mercedes g-wagon to deliver us a teddy bear dressed in girl clothing. Her cake was the centerpiece of all of this madness and our guests went wild when they found out. The cake taste itself is is absolutely to die for, all four flavors we had for it. And the final cake itself turned out beautifully (a lot of people thought it was fake tiers because of how big we made it but we saved money on decor by going plain white and ordering a bow that we sent to the bakery to add to it). We paid her to handle delivery and bow tying, and the cake came completely intact exactly to the specifications we wanted. Thank you Kyra and bakery staff!!!
