Lovely little bakery! They’ve got quite the daily selection of baked goods and glad that I was in town early as it opened as there was a line started before they even opened today! I grabbed a box full of goodies and they were delicious! There is also a vegan/gluten free section in its own case.

Have been coming to Bloom for several years ever since they had the original location in Middleton . After opening up their East Madison location I go to that one more often . I was in the Monroe neighborhood and could not resist to stop in to the mothership location. Cases were packed with amazing savory and sweet items as always . They also make sandwiches to go if you put your order in . There was a line of people waiting to get in which is normal . It is worth the wait - trust me ! Gluten free case to the left of the register is full of bakery items , cupcakes and scones . A good gf selection to choose from . For a savory I tried their pesto pinwheel which is an interesting take of a pesto filled roll extra fluffy and pull apart . For a sweet I could get everything they make but I did go with the classic cinnamon roll. Similar fluffy airy as the pesto pinwheel with a great balance of cinnamon sugar and frosting . I don’t frequently go to Monroe neighborhood as it can be hard to find street parking , however whenever I find myself in that part of town I will always stop in to Bloom for a special treat .

Di recente abbiamo scelto Bloom per i dessert del nostro matrimonio e siamo stati entusiasti dei risultati! È stato meraviglioso lavorare con loro e hanno facilmente soddisfatto i nostri ospiti vegani e senza glutine. Abbiamo ordinato la torta cioccolato ganache vegana/senza glutine e varie barrette, alcune vegane/senza glutine e altre no. I nostri ospiti hanno davvero apprezzato i dessert, e non esagero quando dico che la torta era la migliore che abbia mai mangiato! Io e mio marito stiamo pianificando di ordinarne una ogni anno per il nostro anniversario perché era così buona. Non potremmo raccomandarli di più!!
