Kosuke ha fatto di tutto per aiutarci a ottenere delle deliziose pasticcerie senza glutine! Siamo arrivati presto per assicurarci di prendere un treno più tardi, e ci ha permesso di ordinare e mangiare prima dell'apertura ufficiale del negozio. Il canelé era delizioso, con una consistenza interessante tra croccante e morbido. Abbiamo preso il gusto rum alla vaniglia. Abbiamo anche preso un latte al matcha e lampone, che era fresco e rinfrescante per il caldo estivo! Il lampone si abbinava molto bene al gusto del matcha. Se sei in zona, o anche solo di passaggio, e soprattutto se sei celiaco o intollerante al glutine, DEVI fermarti qui. Assolutamente meraviglioso!

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST! My wife reached out to the owners through their website and they coordinated a special assortment for my birthday as a surprise. When we got to the bakeshop, they were super discrete and brought the platter with candles! Their specialty caneles are fantastic - We couldn’t eat just one. Their juices (like watermelon) and other drinks are also delicious. It’s a very stylish space, and entirely gluten free and oat free (celiac safe!). We had to come back a second time during our trip to Enoshima. They offer shipment to Osaka and other parts of Japan through their online shop - We will definitely look into this for special events in the future. Highly recommend - Don’t miss this place out if you’re ever in town! Thank you so much!
