Buonissimi toast, ci mangio da quando ho scoperto di essere intollerante anche al lattosio e il McDonald’s é diventato off limits :( Per essere dentro un centro commerciale é gestito da Dio; unica pecca non possono garantire la non contaminazione…

La preparazione del toast avviene in un locale comune dove preparano anche gli altri prodotti. Apprezzabile l’idea di introdurre il SG, non escludo comunque il rischio di contaminazione. Toast buono ma prezzi altini!

Uno dei migliori toast che abbia mai mangiato! Il toast qui è super sostanzioso e davvero ricco! Il mio preferito è il panino del marinaio con pane integrale... C'è una grande varietà, inclusi opzioni vegetariane e senza glutine! Il personale è gentile e disponibile, ma l'atmosfera è un po' caotica perché è vicino all'area giochi all'interno del centro commerciale. Consigliato!

Let me start by saying that I LOVE capatoast. I ate it in Curno, delicious! I ate it in Arese, super delicious! Here in Orio, it seems like a completely different place. It can't be the same chain! Starting with the sales assistant's indifference: Not even a smile, not at all willing to help with choosing how to put together the toast, she seems forced to be there. In short, if you don't like it and aren't suited to a job that involves working with people, I strongly recommend you change jobs. I'm a sales assistant, I work in Orio, and even if I've cried all the tears in the world or I can be the most nervous, angry, or whatever person for whatever reason, the moment I walk in the shop, everything is left out: - smiles - helpfulness - professionalism These are just some of the skills needed. So, I order a gluten-free toastie (raw ham, parmesan, arugula, tomato, and mayonnaise) to match the menu; consisting of a drink and fries. The fries were truly delicious, cooked well and seasoned to perfection. The toast was a disaster. First of all, leafy greens (in this case, arugula) are absolutely NOT cooked. They are added at the end. As are the prosciutto and tomato. My toast was made entirely from raw ham, beaten and crushed on the grill with all the other ingredients (as you can see from the photo), so crushed that the tomato lost its moisture. It created a broth with the mayonnaise (also tasteless, white, and insipid: I suspect they added vegan mayonnaise, which I didn't request), the prosciutto turned into rubber, and the arugula (loved for its freshness and crunchiness) was cooked. It's absurd that they don't offer an employee discount, which doesn't encourage us in the restaurant to order it more often. Especially since it's food and drinks, one of the most ordered items by us employees here! I've noticed, reading the reviews, that I'm not the only one to have noticed all these flaws. It's a shame because in the other stores, everything has always been impeccable. From start to finish. I will never go to Orio again, despite the gluten-free attention I appreciate, but it's just not there. And it's definitely not a problem with the ingredients (I assume they're the same in all stores), but with the staff who work listlessly and create MONEY-BACK GUNS (quote by Barbieri). What a shame!

che dire....da persona intollerante al glutine qui vado serena e tranquilla perché le ragazze sono fantastiche e capiscono le mie necessità e mi accontentano in tutto e per tutto....i toast poi spettacolari!!! grazie!!!!

Davvero ampia scelta, ingredienti e pane ottimo! Tutte le opzioni ci sono anche senza glutine, approvato in pieno 😋
