Personnel sympathique et bons toasts, excellentes frites. Le seul inconvénient est qu'ils ne garantissent pas la non-contamination car ils n'ont pas deux cuisines séparées.

De très bons toasts, j'en mange depuis que j'ai découvert que je suis aussi intolérant au lactose et que McDonald's est devenu interdit :( Pour être dans un centre commercial, c'est très bien géré ; le seul inconvénient, c'est qu'ils ne peuvent pas garantir la non-contamination...

La préparation du toast se fait dans un espace commun où ils préparent aussi d'autres produits. L'idée d'introduire des normes de sécurité alimentaire est louable, mais je n'exclus pas le risque de contamination. Le toast était bon, mais les prix étaient un peu élevés !

L'un des meilleurs toastes jamais! Le toast ici est super copieux et vraiment consistant ! Mon préféré est le sandwich du marin avec du pain complet... Il y a une grande variété, y compris des options végétariennes et sans gluten ! Le personnel est accueillant et serviable, mais l'atmosphère est un peu chaotique car c'est près de la zone de jeux à l'intérieur du centre commercial. Je recommande !

Let me start by saying that I LOVE capatoast. I ate it in Curno, delicious! I ate it in Arese, super delicious! Here in Orio, it seems like a completely different place. It can't be the same chain! Starting with the sales assistant's indifference: Not even a smile, not at all willing to help with choosing how to put together the toast, she seems forced to be there. In short, if you don't like it and aren't suited to a job that involves working with people, I strongly recommend you change jobs. I'm a sales assistant, I work in Orio, and even if I've cried all the tears in the world or I can be the most nervous, angry, or whatever person for whatever reason, the moment I walk in the shop, everything is left out: - smiles - helpfulness - professionalism These are just some of the skills needed. So, I order a gluten-free toastie (raw ham, parmesan, arugula, tomato, and mayonnaise) to match the menu; consisting of a drink and fries. The fries were truly delicious, cooked well and seasoned to perfection. The toast was a disaster. First of all, leafy greens (in this case, arugula) are absolutely NOT cooked. They are added at the end. As are the prosciutto and tomato. My toast was made entirely from raw ham, beaten and crushed on the grill with all the other ingredients (as you can see from the photo), so crushed that the tomato lost its moisture. It created a broth with the mayonnaise (also tasteless, white, and insipid: I suspect they added vegan mayonnaise, which I didn't request), the prosciutto turned into rubber, and the arugula (loved for its freshness and crunchiness) was cooked. It's absurd that they don't offer an employee discount, which doesn't encourage us in the restaurant to order it more often. Especially since it's food and drinks, one of the most ordered items by us employees here! I've noticed, reading the reviews, that I'm not the only one to have noticed all these flaws. It's a shame because in the other stores, everything has always been impeccable. From start to finish. I will never go to Orio again, despite the gluten-free attention I appreciate, but it's just not there. And it's definitely not a problem with the ingredients (I assume they're the same in all stores), but with the staff who work listlessly and create MONEY-BACK GUNS (quote by Barbieri). What a shame!

Que dire... en tant que personne intolérante au gluten, je me sens sereine et tranquille ici car les filles sont fantastiques et comprennent mes besoins, me satisfont dans tout... les toasts sont spectaculaires!!! Merci !!!!
