Café Madrid | Glutenfrei in Cangas del narcea

Wir gingen nach Cangas, weil ich Zöliakie habe und es als glutenfreie Stadt beworben wird. Wir gingen ins Café Madrid, weil wir das dort berühmte Cachopo probieren wollten. Wir bestellten auch die Cecina-Röllchen, die gut waren, wenn auch etwas kalt. Insgesamt war das Essen gut und der Service schnell und aufmerksam. Zum Thema Gluten möchte ich zunächst erwähnen, dass man dir zwei leicht warme Scheiben Schär-Brot serviert. Als Zöliakie-Betroffener bin ich nicht besonders anspruchsvoll, aber da wir in der berühmten Stadt waren, hätten sie sich vielleicht etwas mehr Mühe geben können. Was glutenfreie Optionen angeht, haben sie kein spezielles Menü; du musst einfach den Kellner fragen, ob sie etwas für dich anpassen können. Und was die Kreuzkontamination betrifft, musst du einfach vertrauen. Ich bin nicht krank geworden, was schon mal etwas ist. Andererseits, was die Stadt im Allgemeinen betrifft, so gibt es zwar viele Restaurants mit glutenfreien Optionen, und zumindest wenn du deine Erkrankung erwähnst, scheinen sie nicht alarmiert zu sein und verstehen, wovon du sprichst, dennoch hat es mich nicht wirklich als eine wahrhaft glutenfreie Stadt beeindruckt. Es gibt keine 100% glutenfreien Restaurants, wo du dir keine Sorgen machen musst; stattdessen bieten alle Restaurants glutenfreie Optionen neben glutenhaltigen an und du musst einfach hoffen, dass sie die Protokolle einhalten. In der Stadt gibt es keine Bäckereien, die glutenfreie Produkte herstellen, noch Spezialgeschäfte. Als jemand aus Valladolid würde ich sagen, dass es ebenso gut ist wie Cangas, aber weniger beworben. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass die glutenfreie Situation in der Stadt gemischt ist.

🇪🇸Ideal for celiacs and people with nutritional supplements All of the places that are located in Cangas del Narcea are the best. The food is excellent, with products of great quality and an incredible price (up to €20 per person). Probamos el tomate, with a sabor spectacular, a tomato de verdad; el cachopo, increíble, suave y tierno; y de postre a flan de queso sencillamente delicioso. Tienen the prize at the best cachopo de España and a diploma at the best pincho, and this is nota el level. Son muy cuidadosos with the food sin gluten and cualquier allergia, and prestan una atención special a evitar la contaminación cruzada, algo que valoro mucho porque soy muy sensitive además de celíaca. Including the pan with gluten from Schär, tostado with mantequilla, está riquísimo. The trato is insuperable: cercanos, atentos y amables, de los que hacen te sientas como en casa. Llenos de details, todo de verdad de calidad. The food is excellent, made with high-quality ingredients and offered at an unbeatable price (around €20 per person). We had the tomato, which actually tastes like real tomato; the cachopo, tender and perfectly cooked; and for dessert, an amazing cheesecake flan. They’ve won the award for the best cachopo in Spain and a diploma for the best pincho, and you can really tell why. They are extremely careful with gluten-free food and all types of allergies, paying special attention to avoiding cross-contamination —something I value deeply, as I’m very sensitive and celiac myself. Even the Schär gluten-free bread, toasted with butter, tastes delicious. The service is exceptional —kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making you feel at home. Full of thoughtful details and truly excellent quality. They are extremely careful with gluten-free dishes and all types of allergies, paying particular attention to avoiding cross-contamination, which I really appreciate, as I myself am very sensitive and have celiac disease. Even the gluten-free Schär toast, toasted with butter, tastes excellent. The service is exceptional – warm, attentive, and friendly, making you feel immediately at home.
